Better Bug Reports, Faster Fixes

Screenshots miss the context. Text descriptions are ambiguous. A screen recording captures the exact sequence of clicks, the timing, and the error state so your team can reproduce and fix the issue faster.

How to Get Started

1.
Reproduce the Bug - Navigate to the page or state where the bug occurs. Open JustRecordScreen and select the tab or window to capture.
2.
Record the Issue - Click Record and walk through the reproduction steps. Use your microphone to narrate what you are doing and what you expect to happen.
3.
Attach to Your Ticket - Download the recording and attach it to your Jira, GitHub, or Linear ticket. Your developers will thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I record a specific browser tab only?

Yes. When starting a recording you can choose to capture just the active tab, which is perfect for web app bugs. Tab capture also allows system audio recording.

Will the recording include my console or dev tools?

If your dev tools are visible on screen during the recording, they will be captured. You can also choose to record a specific window if you want to show the console separately.

Is the recording stored on your servers?

No. JustRecordScreen processes everything in your browser. The recording is saved locally on your device and never uploaded anywhere.
